PromaSys was founded in 1994 to commercialize expertise in software development, marketing and product management. Wes Jraige, the founder, has been active in software development since 1984.

PromaSys develops solutions using Microsoft technologies and tools.

PromaSys clients have traditionally been Silicon Valley firms and their associates nation-wide. The developed applications involved data warehousing and mining, executive dashboards, workflow applications and custom graphic interfaces. Many required integration with existing IT infrastructure and personnel.

It is based in Cupertino, California, and is privately funded.
